We are pleased to welcome you to Fallsgrove Endoscopy Center. We are an independent outpatient endoscopy center dedicated to providing the highest quality care in a comfortable and safe environment. Our center is warm and welcoming. You will receive personalized attention from all of our doctors and staff.
Our patients receive quality care and then return to the comfort of their own home the same day. We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience and we welcome your feedback. After your visit we will provide you with a survey so we can continue to best meet our patients’ needs.
We are a physician-owned center. The physician(s) who referred you to the center and who will be performing your procedure(s) may have a financial and ownership interest. Patients have a right to be treated at another healthcare facility of their choice. We are making this disclosure in accordance with federal regulations.
